| Each Smoothie Pack contains 100g of fruit. This is mixed with fruit juice and a ProBiYo Bar to make a smoothie. I have included the operating costs and profitability below for 12oz (330ml) and 16oz (450ml) smoothies . Remember making smoothies with Frozen Yogurt, improves the taste, texture and adds real health benefits, while at the same time allowing you to sell this product without VAT if being sold 'take away' for consumption away from the premises. This obviously has a huge beneficial financial impact for your business ! |
